Terms and Conditions
The User understands and Agrees to the following terms and conditions prior to accessing this [CCM Portal] (hereinafter “the Portal”):
- The distributor and its employees, agents and/or personnel are hereby bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any reference to distributor shall refer to distributor that has contracted with J. Wray & Nephew Limited, a member of the Campari Group of Companies (“Campari”) under an agreement.
- I understand that my access to this Portal in my capacity as an employee, agent and/or personnel of the distributor is subject to the terms of the agreement between my employer and Campari.
- I am aware of the proprietary and confidential nature of the information shared here and that I have been granted access to this Portal by Campari for the sole purpose of streamlining the access to and downloading of Campari Materials (“Agreed Purpose”).
- I shall not access and/or download any images of Campari products, promotional and marketing material, text etc. (“Materials”) from this Portal except for the Agreed Purpose.
- I shall not share the User Login Credentials provided by Campari with any other person.
- I shall not disclose any Materials to third parties without the prior written consent of Campari.
- I shall only access this Portal while authorised by Campari to do so.
- I understand that I may face legal repercussions for any unauthorised access to the Portal or breaching and confidentiality terms to which I am bound.
- I understand that all proprietary and intellectual property rights in the Materials shall belong to Campari.
- I understand that all uses of the Intellectual Property made by me shall inure to the benefit of Campari.
- The granting of access to this Portal to me by Campari shall not be construed as granting me – the User- any rights, by any means express or implied, to the Intellectual Property other than the rights or permissions necessary to perform its obligations pursuant to the Agreed Purpose
- I shall not, directly nor indirectly, do anything which may prejudice or infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of Campari.
- Upon request or termination of access, I shall destroy all confidential information and all Materials I have downloaded pursuant to the Agreed Purpose.
